Discover YOUR True Nature.

RI Land Trusts protect special places that are yours to enjoy - from beaches, ponds, and rivers to forests, rolling fields and farms. These are the perfect places to get outdoors, relax and spend time in nature.

Get outdoors and take a walk to celebrate Thanksgiving weekend

For more details check out the activities calendar to see the walks planned by Rhode Island’s land trusts.

Land Trust Days are held August through early October. Join us for an Encore! on Thanksgiving weekend.

You can continue to get outdoors and enjoy the special places protected by land trusts. You can be a “Do it Yourself” hiker and find maps for land trust trails to walk on ExploreRI.

In addition, some land trusts have walks and other activities all year round. We will continue to post land trust activities on “Rhode Island Land Trust Days” MeetUp and “RI Land Trust Days” page on Facebook. Join the Land Trusts MeetUp group and like our Facebook Page so you continue to receive information about land trust activities throughout the year.

New to Meetup? Just go to meetup.com and sign up - membership is free. Click on “Find a Meetup Group” and type in Rhode Island Land Trust Days. Once you sign up, you will get notified about all the Land Trust Days activities as well as many land trust events throughout the year.
