Off the Beaten Path

September 10, 2017 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Watson Farm Manager Don Minto leads a special tour of Historic New England‘s extensive seaside working farm. Learn how the farm’s evolution relates to the local island community and Rhode Island history. Discover stories of the land, people, and natural resources of Narragansett Bay and learn how preserving our historic landscapes positively affects local food production.

Price for the farm tour: $5 Historic New England members, $10 nonmembers. Indicating your attendance on either Meetup or Facebook does not reserve your spot. Please call 401-423-0005 ext. 3 for more information or register online: Off the Beaten Path. To learn more about Historic New England visit: Historic New England.
