Please register here. \nIf you’re looking for a unique date night – a quiet escape where you can connect with your loved one – then keep reading.\nImagine arriving at the farm\, stepping into the fields\, and being greeted with a cold drink and a picnic basket filled with delicious treats. You take in the beauty around as you choose your own table amongst the rows of flowers. At your table is a pre-picked bucket of flowers\, 2 vases\, and simple directions on how to make your own arrangement. Together you work on creating your floral designs as you sip your libation\, snack on light refreshments and enjoy the serenity of the farm in the glow of a summer evening.\nYour Date Night includes: \n\n1 welcome drink per person (21+)\nInfused-water station & seltzers for nonalcoholic options\n2 Vases + Flowers for you to design with and take home. If you are a couple and/or family\, perhaps you keep one arrangements at home and give the other away. If you are friends joining us\, then you each get your own!\nRefreshments for 2 packed in a picnic basket (*basket not included to take home\, allergies accommodated – please list during checkout). Options include\, but are not limited to – a charcuterie box\, fresh fruit and veggies\, croissants with whipped butter and a couple of sweet treats.\nTimes are different for each date option! Please register here. \nJoin community scientists to identify the living creatures that come out at night in this 55 plot community garden! \nCohosts 15 Minute Field Trips will be setting up Science Central to confirm and post findings on our Bioblitz database which is available on iNaturalist. To date we have identified 405 living species in the garden. \nBe part of this fun event which demonstrates how important our urban greenspaces are for the health of a neighborhood. \nFamily-friendly and no experience needed. Children require adult supervision.

SUMMARY:Gansett Days: Gansett Loop Trail Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Narragansett Land Conservancy Trust (NLCT) and Friends of Canonchet Farm (FOCF): Will be sponsoring a hike of the Gansett Loop Trail on Sunday\, September 20\, 2026\, as part of the Gansett Days celebration. \nThe Gansett Loop Trail is 5.2 miles in length\, and hikers will be able to complete the entire trail or walk one or more of the legs of the trail. The walk will begin at 10am and parking will be available in three locations: Pier Middle School\, The Narragansett Community Center\, and the West Parking Lot opposite Narragansett Town Beach. At the school and the Community Center there will be volunteers to guide the hikers\, answer questions\, and provide directions. The NLCT and FOCF will provide participants with a keepsake of the event. This is a dog friendly walk\, and dogs MUST always be leashed and picked up after.

SUMMARY:Gansett Days: Sunset Farm Trail Walk
DESCRIPTION:The Narragansett Land Conservancy Trust (NLCT): Will sponsor a walk along the Sunset Farm Trail on Sunday\, September 20\, 2026\, as part of the Gansett Days celebration. Participants will meet in the parking area behind Kinney Bungalow. This is a dog friendly walk\, and dogs MUST always be leashed and picked up after. \n\nThe trail is wide\, showing the traditional farming uses onsite. The entire 1.5-mile loop is in the shape of a “lasso\,” and is generally flat with a few sections of elevation change\, but none are steep. The trail head is at the far northwest point of the parking lot\, next to the gate entering the farm area. The trails boast scenic views of the farm\, diverse natural features\, as well as an overlook and picnic area on Champlin Cove in Point Judith Pond. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed
