Join Land Conservancy of North Kingstown naturalists for a walk of Morning Star Farm, a working horse farm. As a privately owned farm, this is a rare opportunity to celebrate its conservation and learn about the plants, animals, and geology of the region.
The walk will be about 1 mile in length, over uneven terrain. Please plan to be outdoors (e.g., wear sturdy walking shoes, sunscreen and bug spray; bring a water bottle). No dogs allowed.
The event is free but please register ahead. Space is limited.
Event will occur unless there are heavy rains where the event will ne rescheduled to 9/25. Notice will be posted on the LCNK Facebook page by 8 a.m. and emails will be sent to those who provide their contact information.
