Join the Richmond Rural Preservation Land Trust for an evening hike at the Crawley Preserve.
The Crawley Preserve, on the South Kingstown/Richmond border, is a pleasant 100-acre property home to streams, historic foundations and stone walls, and stands of hickory, American beech, and oak trees.
The evening hike will last about an hour and includes some hilly terrain. Please dress according to the weather and bring a flashlight or headlamp. RSVP soon to reserve your spot as this hike is limited to 25 people. There is no restroom on site and the trail is not ADA accessible. Children are welcome, no pets, please. Cider and donuts will be shared with hikers!

Directions: The Crawley Preserve’s approximate address is 198 Glen Rock Rd, Richmond, RI 02892. Travel west on RI-138/Kingstown Rd from RI-2/South County Trail for 2 miles. Turn right on Old Usquepaugh Rd and right again to remain on Old Usquepaugh Rd which turns into Glen Rock Rd. The small parking area for The Crawley Preserve is about .3 miles north of Kenyon’s Grist Mill.
