The Charlestown Land Trust invites you to the final week of their 10th season of Friday farmers’ markets.
Farm fresh, locally grown and produced fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, seafood, pastries, flowers, honey and more will be available for purchase. The market also supports local artists and craftspeople providing a unique shopping experience as well as the freshest food possible.
The Charlestown Land Trust Farmers’ Market offers the opportunity for the community to meet and celebrate a summer morning, exchange ideas, and reap the bounty of the protected open space of our coastal area. Families are welcome. Enjoy the guided children’s activities, local musicians, planned activities, and special visitors to the market each week. For this week, there will be talks on the URI Water Quality, a Charlestown Land Trust Picnic and open music jam! So bring some instruments and clear vocal chords for a musical day!
Please note that there is no specific Meetup time or place for this all day festival, so please feel free to coordinate with others in this group via comments to this event.
