Get outside with family and friends on Nov. 25, the day after Thanksgiving. Experience Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve, a property owned and managed by the Barrington Land Conservation Trust that is not normally open to the public. Johannis will be open from 11 am to 1 pm. Arrive anytime during these hours and walk the preserve at your own pace. The walk is approximately 30 minutes over wet and moderate terrain. Wear boots! Sorry, no dogs allowed. Severe weather cancels the event. Parking is available on site.
Stunning vistas and open space at Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve include 32 acres of field, forest and shoreline, teaming with birdlife and native plants. Check out our newly planted corridor of indigenous trees and shrubs.
