In celebration of Rhode Island Land Trust Days, the Bristol Land Conservation Trust (BLCT) is sponsoring a Full Harvest Moonrise Walk on Thursday, October 1st at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol. The event, which runs from 6 to 8 pm, will be held at Mount Hope Farm. Arrive early to begin our walk at 6 pm. It is an easy walk of about .7 mile to the shoreline.
The Bristol Land Conservation Trust is a small nonprofit organization. The donation of $5 per person and $10 per family will help the BLCT in its mission – to help conserve and protect the town’s valuable open space either through direct ownership or conservation easements.
All participants must wear a face covering. Be sure to wear comfortable walking/hiking shoes and bring bug spray & a flashlight. This event is suitable for all ages. Dogs are not allowed at Mount Hope Farm, so please leave them at home!
Rain Date: Friday, October 2nd, 6-8pm. Registrants will be notified via email if the event will be moved to the rain date.
