Walk through the beautiful, rolling trails of Lincoln with Historic New England and learn about its history-filled landscape from the seventeenth century to today. Herbalist Jessyloo Rogrigues identifies various herbs and explains their uses in both colonial times and today. Tours begin at Arnold House and travel through Gateway Park to Chase Farm Park and back again.

Directions: the Arnold House is located at 487 Great Road, Lincoln, RI. Follow Route 295 to RI-146 South, exit 9. Exit at RI-123, Breakneck Rd. Go east (left) on Breakneck Road for 1.5 miles. The parking area for Arnold House is on the left before the house. There is also a town-owned parking area west (left) of the Arnold House on Great Road. It is marked with a sign that reads “Gateway Park.”
