Hop aboard an old-fashioned trolley and discover the past, present and future of conservation on Aquidneck Island. Led by Aquidneck Land Trust’s expert staff, the tour visits protected working farms, wildlife habitats, water resources, outdoor recreation areas and scenic vistas on the Island. Discover first-hand the magnitude of ALT’s work; see their conservation projects up close and learn what’s at risk. See the Trolley route here.
This tour is open to all and is FREE for ALT Members ($10 for non-members — exact change, check, and credit cards accepted), but be sure to RSVP as space is limited.
Tour leaves from the ALT office (790 Aquidneck Ave., Middletown) promptly at 5:00 pm and returns no later than 7:00 pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:55 pm. Refreshments are provided at Sweet Berry Farm.
