Edible & Medicinal Plant Walk

Join Maggie Hatzpanian, the herbalist & founder behind Maggie’s Healing Path, as she leads a walk along the wild edges of the Nature Center’s grounds to discover many plants to learn about! Discussions will cover plant ID, habitat, native vs bio-regional vs invasive. The uses and applications of the medicinal plants will be covered…plus, for the brave, you can join Maggie in snacking on some wild edible plants she’ll ID on your walk. You’ll hear some of her favorite recipes using the plants you’ll encounter!
