The liberal interpretation bill was signed into law by the governor on May 18th.

H5914, known as the “liberal interpretation” bill, was passed in a House vote today.
The public use on private lands bill (H5363) is up for a hearing on March 28th in House Judiciary.
Testimony for H5914 will be heard Tuesday, March 28th.
H6018 would appropriate $5 million in funds for the preservation, protection, and conservation of our farmlands.
Representative Craven has now introduced H5914 in the House.
House Bill 5551 would empower the Department of Transportation to plant pollinator-friendly native species on state highways.
