Representative Craven has now introduced H5914 in the House. This bill was introduced by Senator DiPalma as S0418 in the Senate last month. This bill, which would require conservation and preservation restrictions to be liberally interpreted in favor of the grants awarded, is a priority for the RI Land Trust Council. Learn more here.
