After a month of tough competition, hundreds of votes, and a highly successful fundraising campaign, THISTLE has claimed victory in the 2025 Creature Clash! Thistle has won the title of the Rhode Island Land Trust Council’s 2025 Mascot, and will be releasing a line of merch to celebrate.
For those wishing to celebrate in person, Thistle can be found at Borders Farm in Foster and at the Charlestown Land Trust’s Mill Pond Preserve. Stay tuned for a victory parade with RILTC at each location!
At the post-Clash press conference, Thistle effusively thanked their many supporters who made their voices heard by voting and donating. Congratulations to Thistle on this hard-fought win!
